NC DevelopMEN INC is a nonprofit organization committed to mentoring, developing, and uplifting youth throughout our communities. We provide programs that focus on leadership, mental wellness, STEM education, agriculture, mentorship, self-discipline, and community outreach.
We believe every young person deserves guidance, opportunity, and support. Our organization strives to create safe and empowering environments where youth can grow academically, emotionally, socially, and professionally.

Chosen Breed Leadership & Mental Wellness Academy
A mentorship and leadership program partnered with F.O.O.T.P.R.I.N.T.S INC that supports youth through mentorship, personal development, leadership growth, and career exploration.
Hands to Heart Program
A community outreach initiative that feeds individuals and families in need once every month while encouraging compassion and service.
Grounded and Guarded
A program focused on self-defense, discipline, confidence building, and leadership through structured training and mentorship.
Project Harvest
An agriculture and STEM education program that teaches youth hands-on farming, sustainability, science, and healthy living at childcare facilities.
NC DevelopMEN CARES
An Autism and Down Syndrome support program dedicated to inclusion, support services, awareness, and family engagement.
STEM & Leadership Summer Program
A summer program for middle school students partnered with F.O.O.T.P.R.I.N.T.S INC focused on STEM education, leadership development, teamwork, and mentorship.
